   the favorites didnt even really come in the money!! and he came from BEHIND to the lead and shocked EVERYONE!! WOOO!

   Terrible call of this race. I was watching on TV and I couldn’t tell that it was Mine That Bird that pulled away in the stretch.

    I LOVE how Calvin turns around and waves at the ponies he just left in the dust @ 2:01…frikkin sweet. Gave me goose bumps. Awesome race.

    When the view goes from a close-up of the leaders to wide view before the last turn, you see him flying thru the whole pack! Awesome! gives me goosebumps!

    NO CRAP!..I picked Pioneerof the nile to finish second and Musket Man third. BUT I never DREAMED MTB would win!! I’m all in for Mine That Bird In the preakness and Belmont…unlikely to happen but that would be SWEET!!

    The end made it interesting…but God all of those horse are so slow (and boring) compared to Secretariat. The greatest Triple Crown races in history happened in one year by one horse…1973. Never to be seen again.
