Well done Mo!! This race today looked like a healthy, 2yr.old Uncle Mo that we were seeing in 2010. Jackson Bend made a very honest run at him, and Mo answered it well. I’d say with the muddy track at Belmont today, that mile probably felt more like having run closer to 1-1/16 or even a 1-1/8? I thought Mo ran well in the King’s Bishop off the long lay-off. But he looked full tilt boogie today for sure. For me, the big question I still haven’t been able to answer is if he’ll stay 1-1/4 or not?

    lol @ full tilt boogie.
I’m really happy to see to boy fly again. We both never lost our faith in him.
    Yay Mo and yay us.

@GBeret83 I always knew that time he got beat there was some thing wrong with him! You can totally egnore that run! This is Uncle Mo, I totally agree with your comment 100% I am totally elated to see this guy back on track at his brilliant best. I believe he hardly turned a hair here he just flew like the old Mo 2year old. he deserves a BC What if he improves again for this run? who the hell is gonna beat him? He nearly flew there lol another furlong he would of sky rocketed? haha

If Mo improves off this effort, he’ll be a very, very special horse. He received a 118 Beyer for this effort. If he could put forth this kind of effort 2nd time out after a lengthy layoff, he should have his best run ready to go for the Breeders’ Cup. 10 furlongs is a big question, but I can’t blame the connections for wanting to see if he can take down the big prize. It would cap off an incredible season of ups and downs if he could win the BCC, and would probably crown him champion 3 year old.
