AMTRAK KENTUCKY DERBY TRAIN ENGINES 126 95 AND 519 MAY 8 2011
Private cars on the rear include the vista domes. P42 #126 leads #95 and B32 #519 on a combined Hoosier State and special Kentucky Derby private car train. Apparently the special train was combined with the regular cars at Indianapolis. It was running abount an hour late as compared to the normal Hoosier State schedule

I believe you are correct. It was the first pv to be certified by the Secret Service for presidential travel. May still be the only one to be so certified, although I haven’t heard anything on this subject in a while.
