An ominous Kentucky Derby for Hillary Clinton?
Consider this quote by Hillary Clinton:
"I hope that everybody will go to the derby on Saturday and place just a little money on the filly for me. I won’t be able to be there this year - my daughter is going to be there and so she has strict instructions to bet on Eight Belles."
Eight Belles was the philly who finished second at the Kentucky Derby today, but had to be euthanized with two broken ankles. Now I ask this:
The winner of the race, a colt named Big Brown, won the race. So the female, Eight Belles, lost to the male, named Big Brown. Hillary Clinton specifically picked the female as "her horse" in the race, but not only did it fall short (literally), it came in just behind a male named Big Brown.
Do you see the connection? Do you think this might be an omen for her? Politics aside, isn’t it eerie?

The poor girl….so close…try as she might she cannot win….really sad what happened to her that maybe trying so hard proved her undoing, even though she knew she was going to come in second.
Oh well, Barack’s going to win anyway over Hillary even though her attempts to catch up have hurt the democractic party.
I feel sorry for the pretty horsie a lot more than Hillary, who can only blame herself.

Funny, I was just thinking the same thing. I think it would be unfair to put Hillary down, though. I could be wrong, but that’s what I think.

I think you may be on to something.
It’s like when Hillary compared herself to Rocky–a washed up old white guy who gets pummeled by a younger black man.

I see the connection, I was just about to ask the same question. Not a good sign if you believe in omens. I hope it’s not a sign of things to come. I mean the philly not only lost, but had to be killed!!!. Hillary I’m worried for you.
