   Yes. Typically a high risk high reward play. Such as Indianapolis over St Louis this week -13 points. This would bring you back $600 on a $100 bet if you take the Rams straight up. You can always make a money line play in vegas no matter what the case. The Colt betters would have to lay $800 for $100 so you can see that the house would be rooting hard for the underdog here.
