Hey there SelectRC I just got my slash 4×4 im looking to get some lipos and a charger i was wondering if u can help me out what are good batterys and a charger??? thanks

  3. SelectRCdotcom Says:

@adrmar7 the hottest battery out there right now would be available on hobby partz dot com the Gens Ace 2S 40C for 35.00, and for charger check the thunder A6 for around $60.00

@poptoping dont waste your $ on big-bores. they are the exact same bore as the stock shocks. just made out of aluminum. spend your $ on STRC aluminum caps, and Traxxas Ti Ni coated shafts. All you need then are some better springs to tune with. Along with different weight shock oils.

  5. SelectRCdotcom Says:

@poptoping This track is located in Lake In The Hills, Illinois.

I cant wait to get my 1410 motor back from castle (under warranty) so I can drive on the this track layout. Hopefully they keep it like this for another month or so. Or at lest keep the wall on the track somewhere for the next layout.

@SelectRCdotcom but the gens ace come with shitty connectors and the huge wire is a pain to solder

@sensi023 i have proline powerstroke shocks on my 2wd and using the dual spring setup and they are amazing holds way more oil than the stock shocks

  11. TraxxasSlasher Says:

@poptoping i have a slash two wheel drive and i reccommend getting the proline powerstroke shocks they are expensive but well worth it i have had mine for a year and they hold a ton of oil and have not bent or have any malfunctions i love them and highly reccommended
