Super Saver had all the favours in the Kentucky Derby but I really liked what I saw. You can only win and he did that very impressively. The race was his a LONG way from home. Checked out Coracortado……he looks like he could be the main danger to SS.

@schardy80 I tend to agree on Caracortado. To me he looks like the best of the newcomers.

As an Australian I don’t pretend to know more about USA racing than people like yourself, but I am struck by an apparent contradiction in US racing……I keep reading things that imply that californian racing is sub-par, yet whenever I look around Cali horses are doing very well. Zenyatta is the obvious one but also horses like Zardana, Life is Sweet and now Caracortado.
