Kentucky Derby 2009 Contenders - Who Will It Be?
This year’s three year olds are magnificent, so who will it be? Sorry if I missed any other horses…. It’s amazing how unpredictable it is, for example, I was initially hoping for The Pamplemousse, Stardom Bound, Old Fashioned — but none of them will be in the mix.

Summer Bird in a huge upset…..There will be a lot of speed in the Derby and this horse can close.

The music I used is from youtube’s Audioswap (yeah surprisingly they have something that pretty much works :-)) because the music I originally used got taken down. The song is called “Anticipation” by Michael Mills.

It’s gonna be a wet muddy track so I hope all those afformentioned horses bring their rain shoes to race against FF and IWR.

Earlier this year it seemed like the derby was going to be amazing, but all the favorites are out of the derby. I want revenge, quality road, square eddie, and the pamplemouse all top contenders. Not to mention Rachel Alexandra should have ran in the derby because the oaks was a walk in the park.
