   I would have sued the City of New York. The Police Department almost incited a riot.

   What’s more, that’s Police Harassment, not to mention assault when the Officer took off the fans hat and threw it into the crowd.

   I’m surprised this was not submitted to the media because the Red Sox fan does have a case.

   Dumb Cop, willing to lose his job for a few seconds of fame.
